Blinken will host African Union Commission (AUC) Chairperson Moussa Faki Mahamat and his delegation for the annual U.S.-African Union Commission High Level Dialogue in Washington on November 1-2. Secretary Blinken and Chairperson Faki will review shared priorities for areas of collaboration between the United States and the AUC. Secretary Blinken will discuss the robust engagement between the United States and AU member states and update the Chairperson on progress made in implementation of the commitments announced at the U.S.-Africa Leaders' Summit.
